I am extremely disappointed with Germain Ford. I took my 2016 Shelby GT350 to them for what was initially a very minor oil pan gasket leak. Not only were they unable to resolve the issue for nearly a month, but their mishandling potentially caused engine damage. Details: July 23: Dropped off the car. Extremely disappointed with the service department at Germain Ford of Beavercreek. We called on two separate occasions asking for a simple quote and was told someone would get back to us. No one ever did either time. If they can’t return a basic phone call and provide a quote, I can’t imagine trusting them with actual vehicle service. Although a warranty repair and a small part replacement may be a small job, they should consider the value of potential future business and new vehicle purchases had we had a good experience. Update: Took it there three times for the leak. It's still leaking. Also expressed my concern for a transmission issue. The car sat there for about a week just for them to tell me there was no issue. Driving it home, the issue happened again. Helpful service advisor, but they don't fix problems beyond oil changes or plug and play parts and apparently don't have techs that know how to drive a manual transmission.
