I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from the Ed Kenley Ford Service Dept. My 2020 Ford Escape had multiple issues and my service advisor, Braxton was very helpful in clearly explaining the repairs that were needed. Great service from start to finish! I highly recommend Ed Kenley Ford Service Dept.
Zero integrity and zero accountability. Leadership and management team completely covered up mechanic and shop foreman repair negligence during a repair to my son’s car. Extremely disappointed with how they handled. They are dishonest and took no responsibility. Mechanic and Shop Foreman lied completely denying they damaged motor mounts during repair. We took our 2021 Bronco Sport to Ed Kenley Ford after another shop messed up a repair. At first, they seemed helpful — but that’s where the positives ended. Ford claimed the entire engine needed replacement instead of just fixing the damaged parts. We agreed, trusting their judgment, but communication was terrible from start to finish.
