We had our 2020 Explorer in for 4wd issues and TPMS issues, our service advisor Braxton was very honest every step of the way. luckily we purchased the lifetime warranty and Braxton was able to get all our issues covered under the warranty. Our appointment wasn't for about 2 weeks and I asked if I could drop it off early and they where able to work it in before my appointment date getting me information every step of the way. Waited 3 weeks for my vehicle’s transmission to be flushed. Told them what I had. Said it would be 200.00 with my own fluid. Got a call the day it was in they told me they would have to remove underbody parts and cross members to get to the coolant lines for the transmission to do the work. Said there was a high chance of all of it breaking and said it would be 800.00 for that part and an additional 3-4 hours of labor on top of that so the price suddenly changed once my truck was there. We recently had to bring in each of our Ford Edges for service. It was our first time interacting with personnel at Kenley We were very impressed with their friendliness, knowledge, and communication skills. Finally, we have found a reliable source for maintenance on our cars. Thank you, Grant, and others who worked well together. I have to add another nod of praise to Grant in the service department. Again, pleasant and professional interaction. He is willing to take the time to find answers to my questions.

Awwwhhh Shucks Folks.... I STRONGLY RECCOMEND them and David [SW] and Roger Moore [tech] Shop rates are cheaper than Kapps Auto Care [Ripoff auto shop in Clinton] Found the issues that Kapps created within the hour fixed and repaired.. Everything I needed plus redid the tune up due to lack of trust of Kapps Auto Care... [Stay away from them and I reported them to BAR AND DMV] EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH ED KENLEY FORD....
