I do not worry about my concerns not being taken seriously, no matter how small. Customer service here in the Newton Ford South location is top notch!
So I have f150 with the ecoboost and it needed a valve cover, unfortunately the part was on back order and it ended up taking about a month to get to them, but that isn't this branches fault just Ford Motor Co. But from beginning to end Josh Sartin in Service helped me out and understood my frustrations and always kept me updated, and really made my bad experience better. The service it's self was pretty fast once the actual part came in.
