Service center has Horrible customer service. They performed brake line recall, alignment and rotate/balance the tires. They didn't rotate the tires around the vehicle. I know I have a mismatched drives me nuts. They messed up my new black lugnuts putting them.on with an impact with the wrong size socket leaving an edge on all the points. Now for the SAFETY HAZARD they imposed on the vehicle. They topped the brake fluid to the top. Not the max fill line but to the top of the reservoir. I do not worry about my concerns not being taken seriously, no matter how small. Customer service here in the Newton Ford South location is top notch!
So I have f150 with the ecoboost and it needed a valve cover, unfortunately the part was on back order and it ended up taking about a month to get to them, but that isn't this branches fault just Ford Motor Co. But from beginning to end Josh Sartin in Service helped me out and understood my frustrations and always kept me updated, and really made my bad experience better. The service it's self was pretty fast once the actual part came in.
