Dealt with service center multiple times for various issues. Not once was the staff courteous or willing to help with kindness. I always received the attitude of what can you do for me, rather than what can I do for you. Not how “service” should be handled to achieve repeat business and maintain good customer satisfaction. They honestly just don’t care about the customer. I’ll be going elsewhere.

You don't even deserve 1 star. First I don't care what my problem on car was. You told me I needed a 200.00 battery and my battery was new. People should be able stay with their car watch what mechanics do to their cars. I bought a new battery in December. I told the lady how start the car when I dropped it off. No one listens to woman. Ford sold a car they knew had transmission problems. Now my car won't move. Instead filling landfills with junk make better vehicles. Hire less people. And make better cars.
