I’ve taken my car in to Gator Ford twice now, and couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received. I am extremely particular about my vehicle, and surely much more impatient than most people. My service advisor, Scott, has been a legit legend. He puts up with my constant nagging, he fought with the warranty company on my behalf, and he helped me through every step. OK…So here is my experience with Gator Ford Service Department. I had a NIGHTMARE situation going on with my 1996 RV (I basically blew the brain and a lot of electrical components) and had a completely dead vehicle towed into Gator Ford. After going through a process of eliminating a NUMBER of broken items they were able to completely diagnose and repair the RV.
