I received two vehicle recall notices in the mail. I called and was transferred to Service Advisor, Scott Brinkman in the Service Department. He was professional and after ensuring the necessary parts would be available, he scheduled me to come in at my convenience. I traveled 1 hour in traffic, past 3 other Ford Dealerships, to get to Gator Ford. The chargers are working correctly, but the employees and manager at this location don't want people to charge at this particular charger. They put a sign on the chargers warning that no one should connect their car because it's a fire hazard. This is a lie, because the Charge Point app says the chargers are ready for use and are functioning properly. They simply don't want people with EVs charging there. Gator Ford, you guys should be damn ashamed of yourselves charging as much as you do for repairs $250 an hour for repairs and the parts are marked up like 300% the tech is not getting any of that money, so you're just making hand over fist in money on people just trying to keep their Fords running and supporting my local Ford dealership. After being disappointed time and time again with my local ford service department, I did some research and everyone said try gator ford! I was not disappointed in and out for an oil change tire rotation in an hour that’s unheard of where we’re from! Kudos to this team for going above and beyond!
I dropped my van off on Oct 9. I was being patient and I understand being busy. After 4 calls to them without a response they finally found the time to call me today Oct.27 and the guy wasn’t even in the office. No update, no information. I’ve had good service with Gator in the past but this is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back. Apparently if it’s not a fleet job or a big money job you’re not worth their time. At least let me know. Cue the generic automated message from the customer relations specialist that says they care…
