service writers are great ,friendly, but getting a phone call into them is just about impossible

I went there today to try to get an oil change at about 3pm.When I showed up there was 3 people in the serving lane working on a grey BMW I went inside the service department and no body ever acknowledged me 4 people walked by me and didn’t even asked me if I was being helped or anything I waited about 5 min inside and then walked out the 3 people outside in the service lane didn’t offer to help either this is worst customer service i have ever experienced

Went with my check engine light on they changed the part check engine light still on they won’t answer now
