I dropped off my vehicle September 28, night before for a 7:30am scheduled appointment for a manufacturer recall. I received a call around 9:30am from salesman Nick with an estimated trade- in value of my vehicle. When I hadn't heard from the service department all day, I called them at 4:00pm to inquire about my vehicles service status. They told me it was done and i could come pick it up. Friendly and professional. Fast reliable service. I will continue to use Pauli for all my needs for both of my Fords. If you have not been here yet I cannot recommend them enough.
