I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about people getting the runaround at dealership service centers, but that’s never been my experience with Port Lavaca’s Ford service department. I’ve been going there for years and have always been treated fairly and professionally. Talk to Isaac — he’ll treat you right.

Isaac took great care of me! I don't even have a Ford, but the Chrysler service next door is terrible.
