My appointment was at 8 00 I was on time . I sat for almost 4 hours and no one cave me an update . I went to service to get an update. I was told after 4 hours that my vehicle wasn't even put on a lift to diagnose. Then I waited half an hour to get a ride home . I still have not received a call about my vehicle. I think I should be compensated for my time after all I was there at the appointment time .

Most incompetent, corrupt service center around.
Good repair shop, but it was a little expensive. You'll be charged the base fee even if they can not find the issue or replicate the problem. When they can replicate the problem and find the issue, they do an amazing repair job.
