Great customer service!! Service department kept me up-to-date on the whole process and got my truck back quickly.
Rhea and Terrebone helped me get a warranty repair handled quickly. I live out of town and would rather take an extra drive for the level of customer service I received.
Rhea was awesome. She went out of her way to help me and my wife with getting our truck fixed. She was able to get the extended warranty to pay what they were supposed to pay. Thank you so much Rhea.
I would like to give a 5 Star appreciation to Rhea Vegas in the Service Department. Anytime I need my F150 serviced Rhea is the one I ask for. She is very pleasant to talk to and also very knowledgeable. I recently had some mechanical issues addressed that required removing and replacing a few parts. Rhea not only explained what was causing the mechanical issue but also explain in detail how it would be repaired! (Just like she had done this job a few times before :).
