This place is horrible they took my truck yesterday they called me at 5pm. To tell me that they didn’t know what they were doing to my truck. Seriously !!! I sent emails and spoke with someone on the phone, I called the next day to see if my truck was ready, a girl answered my phone call and told me that my truck was not there not only that my truck still not ready after two days. Whoever is running this place doesn’t care about clients obviously. What a horrible experience with this place.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service team. My vehicle (which was purchased at this location) has been in service for two months and still hasn't been returned, due to a series of missteps and poor communication. It all started with a recall on my F-150 for the rear axle. The recall mentioned that one of the early signs was a clicking noise coming from the undercarriage—exactly what my vehicle was doing. The service staff was extremely good and kept me informed the whole time.
