Be prepared to wait 2 hours, with a 930am appointment for an oil change .... I would have paid the money to go to Grease Monkey just to avoid the inconvenience ...
Go anywhere other than a Ford dealership for car maintenance. I was told I had to pay $229 to have someone just look at my car before doing anything to fix it. The Groove dealership quoted me $800 to fix a transmission issue that I got taken care of for $200 at a local shop. The prices are outrageous. I’ll never be back.
