Thankfully I found out that this dealership doesn't have a full service service department on Saturdays before I traveled 1.5 hours to this dealership. They never mentioned this to me when I called the service department. Thankfully an employee in a different department let me know about this before my appointment. They only do oil changes and recalls on Saturdays. Don't come expecting anything else. This is to bad. And the call center isn't even at the Ford dealership it's in a different dealership owned by Shomp.

I brought my Ford to an official Ford dealership for an active recall repair. My truck is not starting, and the issue is directly related to the recall, but the dealership refuses to perform the repair under the recall. Even worse, they refuse to provide any written statement confirming that they are denying repairs against Ford Motor Company instructions. I want to start by thanking the shop for fixing my recall issue, but unfortunately, the rest of my experience was highly unprofessional. When I first brought my car in, I was told by a representative named Daryus that the repair would take two months. I was also told they were out of loaner vehicles; I never received a loaner the entire time they had my car. After the service was complete, I was told I needed a new battery.
