After finally getting the green light to get my recall done that was known for months, my already replaced battery was taken from the vehicle and I was told that I would not get any reimbursement because I don't have a receipt from OCTOBER. So basically I should've just left my vehicle inoperable until Ford was ready to replace the battery. What a joke!

My car was picked up by Schomp Ford’s shuttle service for maintenance, and after the service was completed (over two hours ago), I’ve received zero updates on when I’ll get my vehicle back. I’ve called multiple phone numbers several times—no answer, no callback. You’d think once the job is done, they'd at least return the car or give a courtesy update. Go anywhere else for an oil change or any kind of service. I bought my truck here and have taken it here for oil changes and recalls and have had so many issues with the service center. Twice I had morning oil change appointments where they kept my vehicle over night because they didn't get to it! After the first time this happened I specifically ask when will my vehicle be done, as well as, will I get it back the same day. Every time I'm quoted for a 2 hr wait so I opt for the ride home.
