Dont ever bring your vehicle for service to awesome ford in chehalis. They had my vehicle for over a month for a transmission replacement. They lied about the warranty company "dragging their feet" for coverage on a transmission replacement, when in reality they had never even called. When I set it for the car to be dropped off I was told to put a copy of the warranty on the front passenger seat, they lied and said they didn't know it was there. Went today got the works,fuel filters changed.asked if we wanted the tires rotated. Yes we do. Well got the truck back,We could see that the tires were not rotated. Asked the technician if they were. He looked at me in the face and said yes. Husband took a look again to make sure. Then told the guy don't lie. Moe is the guy's name. Said he was just trying to get vehicles in and out. Hum not good customer service!
Had truck a couple of weeks for diagnostics. Said needed $17,000+ in repairs. Towed it to a shop that replaced the engine a couple of years ago. Total cost, less than $5,000!
