Very bad after-sales services!! I bought my bronco in that place!! It has guarantees 3 months waiting to fix the transmission and I haven't been able to yet!! DOUGLAS, my service advisor, doesn't answer my calls or emails!!
I will like to give a shoutout to Brandon. We are a rental company and have fleet vehicles. Several of us bring our trucks there due to his excellent service, prompt response and willingness to always help and making sure we get taken cared of. Brandon, thank you for your excellent customer service, you are the reason why we bring our trucks there !
The "complimentary" ride service while you wait is horrendous. The representative claims that the Uber was on the way. After 15 minutes I inquired about how much longer the wait was and he confusingly asked me "Did you not receive a text?" Then, miraculously 30 seconds later I received a text that the ride was 18 min away. Then once my vehicle was completed. There was a call to inform me, then the claim the Uber would be sent. No text, so I had to walk back to the dealership to pickup my car.
