Terrible service and the F&I people are lairs.
What’s the purpose of an online appointment system if you’re not going actually going to work on the vehicle until 5 days later. Also would have been useful to know you don’t service vehicles older than 2015 when customers make the online “appointments”.
Overall terrible experience. You walk in, no one greets you so you’re left guessing on what to do and who to speak with. Advisors say they’ll communicate with you, I never once got a call back on multiple occasions and actually had to HUNT the advisors down and call them myself for any sort of updates or information. Was told that my vehicle required to be there at least 2-3 weeks to diagnose the issue, no loaner vehicle was given. Service department manager has no integrity. I like Ford. SERVICE department needs new management.
Took my vehicle for maintenance had an outstanding experience with Oscar Avila from start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care! Oscar took the time to explain the repairs that would be done to my vehicle.My car was ready right on time, will definitely be returning! Highly recommend Oscar
