I just had to bring my Mach E in two days in a row for two different tire issues(my fault). And Megan Tilley in the Service Department was Outstanding. She went way out of her way to help me and take care of my issues. She kept in text communication and was so friendly and courteous, as I came rushing in to try to get there before my tire went flat. Thank you Megan and Suburban Ford for the friendly, fast and quality service.
