The service department improperly removed my F-150's heat shield while completing an oil change. It looks as though they tore through the screw holes and proceeded to secure it with zip ties afterwards. The only explanation given to me was that "Michigan roads" are tough and the damage was most likely caused by driving instead of poor execution on their part.
Never answered the phone or called back to the message left.
Every time I go to Suburban Ford of Waterford they make me feel like they have known me for years. They greet me by name when I walk in. What a great place to get service on my vehicle. They are always fair with the amount I pay for repairs. I will be coming back for years to come.
had an appointment, dropped car off. car was there for 2 weeks and still no one had even looked at it. pick a better dealer before taking your car in for work!
Jailen was a super helpful and in nice advisor, give this man a raise. Never had a bad experience but he went the extra mile along with the whole service Department did a great job as always
