I’ve used this location for routine service for a few years and recently went to them for a bent rim after being told by another Ford Dealership that the only safe option was to replace it ($1300+). Thank you Sandy for connecting me with Mike who discussed all options and had my rim and tire assessed, ultimately being able to repair it and rotate tires. Thanks for the quality communication, plus going above and beyond.
Quoting system was a horrible experience that was more focused on getting money out of me than giving me a real breakdown of cost in a coherent manner. Took three quotes to get it right from the service center. When picking up the car at 5:15pm on a Friday a salesman told me the service dept had left for the day despite the website clearly stating a 6pm closing and was going to do nothing to assist me getting my car.
