Great service and customer care. Just expensive to service but it’s a Ford. Wish the shop was open 7 days a week
Had a disappointing experience with the used car sales manager at Ford Milton. Instead of engaging in respectful discussion, he was argumentative and unwilling to negotiate or listen to customer concerns. This lack of professionalism and customer focus was unacceptable. Would not recommend.
