Owen was very great to deal with and communicated every step of the way
I had service yesterday for oil change and inspection PA inspection at Harper Ford Belle Vernon, PA. The inspection fail due to rear tail light, which had a slight crack and a little moister. This had passed inspection many years before at same location. It is an understatement to say I was disturbed. I told Woody ( salesman) and service manager I will never return to Harper. Over priced and will not honor the salesman’s word. We purchased the truck brand new in August of last year. The “points” system they have is a JOKE. We went back for the “free” oil changes and was given a $400+ bill for ONLY Oil change that should have been covered .. an inspection and tire rotation! Such a money grab- will not go back
