Darryl went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and had a ride back to work. The repairs were precise and quick.
This will be the last time I go to C. Harper Ford. Went in to have 3 items repaired plus an inspection only to have them tell me that none of them were covered under my extended warranty. On top of that, they charged me $457 dollars for basically nothing other than the inspection. Complete rip off. Not to mention the last repair I had done on the rear pinion, their tech messed it up and I have to leave it for another day. Service tech said to drive it for a few days and come back if its worse. Terrible people. So overpriced. Charge you $6.00 to fill washer fluid when you didn't ask them to. Had 6 month old wipers they said would not pass inspection.Had 2 marker lights replaced $8.00 bulb then charged $19.95 to change each one. $40.00 labor for that. $62.00 for 2 wipers. Take your car somewhere else for service. Free inspection there is a joke.
