I totally forgot about one of my tail lights being out forgot to tell them and they didn’t catch it if they had I would’ve had them repair it or replace it
I had a great experience at this Ford location. Owen was an awesome service person to work with very professionally and responsive. The Ford store completed my recall items as well as found the cause of the knocking noise I was hearing in my 2014 Ford Explorer. They completed the repairs for a very affordable price. I was very happy with the work completed and my car is running great. I’m ready to put another 232k miles on this baby. Go see Owen if you need service on your Ford
