My service advisor,Tom Cage, was great! Thank you for fixing my issue!! I had a Monday 7am appointment and spent no time waiting around when I arrived. I've had experiences elsewhere where I've had an appointment and still had to wait, which means the Ford Store SL prioritize their clients accordingly. I'd an issue covered under warranty. I dropped my car off and was shuttled off to Hertz rental car via Uber quickly. I spent maybe 10-14 minutes total at Ford! So convenient!!
