Service Advisor Kali was awesome. She gave me regular updates on my vehicle. I came in with an intermittent problem and they figured it out. So glad as my warranty is ending next month and I really don't want to pay any more than I have to. But of course who does. They covered my rental like the Ford ESP is supposed to. I had a bad experience last year with a different dealer. I'm only coming to North Brothers from here on.
Very disappointed to go there a find out one of my oil changes that were in my contract for free “expired “ even tho the salesman never mentioned it. Service was unable to accommodate at all. Way to take care of your customers.
