Have worked with Linda Petrie three times now in booking flights to Cambodia (not the easiest place in the world to get to). Had a snag with EVA airlines in summer of 2010 and thought I was going to have to spend the weekend at LAX (it was Memorial Day weekend). Linda answered her phone on that Saturday night and had the home number of the EVA executive for LAX!! He called the airlines counter and all was smoothed out. We were planning a cruise for late in 2007. Agent was rude and only wanted the trip planned as she saw fit and did not respect our opinions. Numerous couples pulled out of the trip due to the agents poor customer service. Contacted management about this agent, they never contact us.
Fords Sun City West is GREAT. We have booked through Fords for years and for several cruises without a problem. We have an upcoming trip in November and have just recommended Fords again to pals who will be joining us.
My wife and I have been using the Ford agency since we moved to Sun City West in the 80s. The agents are all friendly, professional and ready to do whatever it takes to please. The two brothers who own the agency (Backman?) will bend over backwards to do whatever it takes for their customers. Great people and a great place to do business. Everyone I know uses Ford.
