I should of never left the other local company i was using for my printing and mailing, i tried Ford Press because they had a cheaper price, i got the run around when i would call to follow up, then came the excuses, in the end, they mailed my post card late, everyone received the annoucement after our open house. this was the second job i had them do and they messed up both times. its not worth the little bit of money i saved for this much stress.
Ford Press has consistently delivered a high-quality product at a competitive price for my clients. Their customer service is top-notch, and they have really stepped up to the plate on a couple rush jobs for me. If my clients are happy, Im happy!
