They need to get customer approval for service before completing the service. Usually at the dealership they send you a link that asks if you approve or disapprove. I am lucky I had the funds to pay a high amount of cost that I was not expecting. Very disappointed. If I didn't have the funds I could only imagine the drama mess this could have resulted for me and my family.
Didn't seem very competent after I gave the parts person a VIN. I only use Gullo parts in a case of last resort if I have no other options. I was put on hold to wait to speak with another parts person, and I waited for an unacceptable amount of time before hanging up.
