Had an oil change, 30 miles later my motor magically blows up. Thank God for the service advisor and a warranty. But the 60,000 mile service 4 weeks later was a joke. Transmission over filled. Cab filled with transmission fluid smoke. The service department is horrible. Found a new dealership. Steer clear.

Earliest appointment available was 3 weeks out. I brought them my car while i went to work and found other transportation since they only take appointments 8-11am. 8 hours later they said they aren't finished but should be today. 6pm rolls around they start closing up still 0 updates besides me bugging employees to tell me what was going on. Completely unprofessional experience. Get service, anywhere else.

They make you answer about vacations before you can talk to anyone. Apparently they are interested in selling timeshares instead of Ford's. I called twice hung up on me both times after I wouldn't take part in their vacation questions...

Call the number I dare you. You will be just as annoyed as I was. "While you are on hold. Does a Caribbean vacation sound good to you? Press 1 for yes or 2 for no" NO I only need car parts. It hangs up on you. What kind of joke is this?
