What a crappy company The parts manager tried to argue with me that they didn't take money out of my account for a part I tried to buy. Sitting here with the charge on my card. Now I will have to call and dispute the charge and call the attorney general's office and their local area to report them I would not do business with them again if someone paid me horrible service and the people that answer the phone are rude
Supposed to be an OEM seller. Bought a bumper and contacted them ONE WEEK after install to inquire why my bumper was 80% PITTED and black glue stains. Paying OVER $1,000.00 you would think you woukd be getting a NEW OEM product 'as described' in your purchase. Took 3 emails to even get a response..Then to get a ' Too Bad,So Sad' kind of response. Im stuck with a POS refabbed bumper sold at an OEM NEW price. My next email is going to the Attorney General
Worthless, sent wrong parts against what ordered, Two corresponding sides, mouldings. One too Wide, Bolting for Cab Perforations TOO Narrow and overall too short so sent back, explained was held Too long and non returnable. So i get popped for Wrong Parts. NOT Ever dealing with these people ever again.
I was shocked by how good and quick there customer service is . Great prices Quick phone pick up Great over the email communication.
