Wrong part, won't fit. Brand new, still in the box, but they refused my return request because I didn't provide a VIN. Horrible customer service!!!
Never received my order. The company told me to chase down the package and file a claim myself. I never got my order. I should not be the one filing a claim and chasing down the package! Will NEVER buy from them again! Definitely DO NOT recommend them. Would have give them zero stars if that were an option.
Ordered a transfer case motor for my F-150, came in a few days and at half the cost at my local dealer.
What a crappy company The parts manager tried to argue with me that they didn't take money out of my account for a part I tried to buy. Sitting here with the charge on my card. Now I will have to call and dispute the charge and call the attorney general's office and their local area to report them I would not do business with them again if someone paid me horrible service and the people that answer the phone are rude
