I Waited more then 4 hours for only replace a battery and many time I asked service advisor for estimate time but they don’t know about the estimate time also , poor service and management ,I regretted that I bought ford
Watch out. I had a diesel F-250 that died at a stoplight in Sacramento. I towed it to Future Ford. They diagnosed it as a high pressure fuel pump failure and sent me a $15,000 repair estimate. I said no thanks and towed it to my local diesel mechanic. He spent a day on it and found the problem was a faulty fuel filter that was causing the fuel pressure loss. I walked out the door with a running, driving truck for less than $1000. Amazing.
Buy parts online, you will be able to return or exchange , these guy will charge you . Never have anything in stock so will be special order. Online is cheaper also . Goodluck.
