Marvin's fantastic! One of the best in the business, this dealership is lucky to have him.
I called them to see if they had a part in stock and I had two issues. First, the price for the part that they quoted me was literally over 3 times how much I paid for a direct OEM Ford part online from Ford! I get if it's a little more expensive to have it here and now. But $300 for a part I purchased for $80 from Ford online!?!? CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Second, the customer service was just bad.
