If I could give negative stars for the service department, I would. Tried to have my Ford repaired a few weeks ago, the problem was not fixed. Had to bring it back in again a second time, forced to wait days as they “couldn’t get to it,” only to be charged double the second time for a repair they should have made the first time. When I picked up the car, the hood and quarter panel were covered in grease and oily fluid. Had to ask them to clean it up.
