I recently visited twice for parts, and both times, I noticed they quoted or charged a significantly higher price me. To verify, I cross-referenced the same exact part with other official Ford parts sellers in the area and official online Ford sellers, and their price is higher at this location.

We didn't like the service provided by them. The parts cost $200 and Labor charges were around $1000. And on top of it, they misplaced one part and they didn't even know about it until we figured and told them about it. We have to wait until they order it and go again to them to pick it.
