Much better service than the old location! Has gotten our vehicles in and out the very next day!
Great food friendly atmosphere
The sales team at Ford of Pleasanton went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle and the deal that we wanted. We were running late to get there, but Santana stayed to make sure the entire process went smoothly, and took the time to explain all the features of our new Bronco. The general sales manager (Scott Brown) even went out of his way to contact us on his day off to make sure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We were treated like family from the first moment we walked in. Highly recommend!
