Service advisor Rita took care of me! Got my truck in and out quick at almost closing time. The service tech diagnosed a bad battery and replaced it under warranty. Nothing but great service from Ford of Pleasanton
Service department not great customer service. Is posted they close at 6pm I arrived at 5pm for an oil change. How log does an old change takes? They said they don't accept vehicles after 4:45pm. They should add that on their post or they should change it to close at 5pm and then technicians can clean for the last hour anyway they still getting pay for that hour without receiving vehicles. Very disappointed better to make the drive to San antonio
