Ford Montebello Service Center did a diligent service work on my Mustang Fastback. I made an appointment and arrived early morning. There was a short vehicle lineup at the service center but it moved quickly. Jose L. an affable service advisor took all the necessary info for my car service. Told him what is needed; and he unequivocally complied and kept his word. They completed their maintenance work and did a multipoint inspection. Everything looks pretty good. Service here is no good. There's a text number you can text them at for updates and they don't respond especially CLAUDIA. My car has been there for already a week and she says there busy and I even had an appointment why are they taking more cars when she says there's no mechanic to look at the cars they have already. Do not go here unless you have warranty on a brand new Ford. They will over exaggerate prices and services. I brought in a F150 with a coolant leak. They told me that it would need a whole new coolant line($4000) job. It was just a coolant line fitting. ($300) Job. Take the time to find a mechanic that can do it, because not all mechanics will work on issues like this and they will tell you to go straight to a dealership.
