Joanne the manager of repairs at Ford of greenfield is a lifesaver. She has gone above and beyond to help me resolve my many complex transmission problems with my car. She is thoughtful and diligent in her process and very human in her communication. I would recommend her at the highest levels..as a busy mom and someone not knowledgeable about cars.. her help has been invaluable.
Recently purchased a 2026 F250 from salesman Tim Sullivan. Tim will go above and beyond for his customers. Went in to initially just sell my Subaru. I was initially going to buy a used RAV4 from out of state however when Tim showed me the options offered for new models it made more sense to go with used.
