This place is an absolute joke. I made an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance prior to my leaving for vacation. They had my van for 9 days and did absolutely nothing with it. They couldn't even fix the door handle for me. The service advisor was rude and management is terrible here. I would never buy or service anything here. This is the worst dealership

I couldn’t be happier with Ford of Greenfield. Everything was upfront, honest, and no games were played. I knew exactly what I was getting and there were no surprises at all.
