The sales representative (Tim Sullivan) was attentive, he realized my needs and rose above and beyond in meeting my expectations. He wasn't pushy, and instead he truly listened to what I was looking for and delivered for both my needs and the needs of the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles under the dealership umbrella for sale. Both my husband and I purchased our vehicles with Eric at Ford of Greenfield. He was extremely helpful. He knew what we were looking for and did not pressure us at all. Ford of Greenfield was very fair and more than willing to work with us to help us get to where we needed to be. They beat out every other ford dealership that we went to between 3 states!
