Ford of dalton is a scam don’t trust the service advisor Omar I had a engine replaced twice through warranty and the first time the engine blow less than 3 months the second time I really didn’t want to go back to them but the warranty company ****** ****told me I had to because the engine is covered through ford of dalton on a warranty since they was the ones who did the work the first I had to pay out of pocket 1800 all in total they made 6200 and less in 24 hours the engine light and car started driving bad it couldn’t go... read more

They tried to bribe me after I made a review of the terrible service they did on my car they car is unsafe to drive after trusting them to do the right thing Omar M**** is a liar and the ford of dalton made 12,000 dollars off me and they car still not fixed
The Ford of Dalton Quick lane is very unorganized. I waited 2 hrs to get my oil changed. They have appts now and they come first when this was first come first serve. They did little to nothing on Covid response as stated on their website. No one had mask and nothing was being Sanitized. Then waited for 2 hours charged full price. Thought this was quick? Very dissatisfied.
