Awful non service. Waste of $200. Took my van in for recalls, an alignment and an oil change. They had it 2 days. Got it back and it pulled worse than when it arrived and an oil change was not done at all. (They said they missed that on the intake form). I made an appointment elsewhere and don't trust them to *look it over and attempt to fix it. Crappy customer service. Got a lot of run around. No one seems to know what the other departments are doing. Beware.
The service adviser was very good and did everything he could to take care of me. Even when my old truck information came up on. My new truck with 6000 miles they wanted to do a transmission oil change and we finally got that straightened. They were about an hour late on an oil change, but they were missing 1 person that day. I guess it's hard to find and keep good people. But these folks are good people.
Nice people inside, polite. But I have ordered and paid in advance pads and brake pads 5 weeks ago (Ford Explorer), each time I call, the nice guy is saying «we will have them probably tomorrow».. don’t trust him! I can tell, they have supplies issues.. but I am wondering if it’s 1 month wait for everyone or it is on women orders only? I am still in the wait by the way, I will have to cancel my order soon and get refund. Can’t wait 1 year for pads lol.
Great help with all of my vehicles. Service rep Alicia M was amazing and clear about repairs needed to the vehicle. Will forever have my business.
