Aaron Gomez in Service is a great asset for Ford of Clermont. He was very courteous and professional. Aaron went out of his way to assist me with a rental during the repairs. Thank you Aaron for helping to make a stressful situation less stressful!
The best part of my visit was the service advisor, Edward Crespo. He was so friendly, polite and respectful. He explained clearly the issues with my vehicle and was not pushy. Kudos go to him. Service was fine but my only suggestion would be is to remodel the waiting area. It really could use a facelift and the coffee area could be improved. The coupon for the oil change was good.
Great experience at the Quick Lane. Fast and thorough check of major components. And with the $40 off deal and military discount I paid less than half of the standard price for a full synthetic oil change. I’ve had the regular service done here for my Explorer ST since I purchased it from them in July 2022. Never going anywhere else.
So far the first part of the service was really simple and easy thanks to the staff walking me thru the process. Very helpful staff.
