Service manager of a local service provider, we take pretty much our entire fleet here, Austin is always on top of whatever I had him and is always top notch.
TLDR: Most of the employees were really polite, but totally useless (sorry). Lost my keys, gave it back still undrivable, etc. however they did eventually do an amazing job, even going as far as to paint-match my custom paint-job. So they are great, but absolutely terrible at the same time... Really torn up on a fair review :/ So... I got in an accident which nearly totaled my car. Since January 2nd, I keep begging for a resolution that never seems to come, only more excuses. I have been calling weekly, and I see no resolution in sight. I need to leave for New York soon. A fact I have explained numerous times. I keep asking for an extension from my employer, and I'm running out of time.
