I had a great experience working with Darrin Elliott at Ford of Claremont when I bought my 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR5. Since I live about two hours away, Darrin went out of his way to send me extra pictures and answer all of my questions before I made the trip out there. I bought a truck from Darren. All he cared about was the sale of the truck. Had them install fisher push plates and wiring. Plow wouldn’t work because it was installed incorrectly. Had truck 14 days transmission went 1,300 miles and it took them 4 weeks 5 days to fix it with no loaner. If your looking for a ford product this is most definitely not the place to buy it or have anything service related done. Hands down worst ford experience I’ve ever had.
I worked with Darrin on a new F150. It was the best new car buying experience I've had! Personable, easy to work with and went through everything in detail until I was comfortable. Will definitely recommend Ford of Claremont.
I dealt with Ben and Karter. They were both great. Really listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me anything I wasn’t interested in.
I drove about 2 hours away to this dealership because they had a truck I wanted. I worked with Ben Mousel and I would highly recommend him. He had everything ready for me upon my arrival and kept true to his word. Everything was very upfront, and straight forward. Fair price for both the purchase vehicle and the trade in. I was in and out of there within 2 hours with my new truck thanks to Ben and his team. Although it was a far drive for me the experience was worth it, I will be back again.
