The customer service here is amazing, and they are always so consistent. I love coming here because the service is always excellent. They really go above and beyond on every visit.

After trying to contact the Service Department several times over two days, in an attempt to arrange for a courtesy car for an appointment made two weeks prior, I received recorded messages (from "Ken" ) stating that they would call back in twenty minutes. Each time there was no call back. Today when I finally spoke with someone (Adam Leblanc), I was told "no courtesy car ".
