We unfortunately had an issue in our condo where we needed some of our walls and floors repaired. Chip was incredible helpful and responsive from start to finish. We aren’t local to the area but fully trusted him to do whatever was needed for our unit. He did a beautiful job, would recommend to anyone in the area!
First I will say we have owned property in Carolina Beach since 1996 and have had many bad experiences having work done. Ford & Murphy were a breath of fresh air! Had a great experience with Ford and Murphy. We had some extensive work done to our beach house and they did a great job in a timely manner for a very fair price. Both of the owners, Chip and Murph, are just good people. They have my highest recommendation.

We hired Ford&Murphy to do quite a bit of trim replacement for the exterior of our house and to address a couple of leak issues. They came out to do the work and were very good about cleaning as they went. At one point during the project I was looking at what they had gotten done and commented that they did some work that I did not think was in the original scope.
