Spoke to different managers within the last month about updating my payments from the 12th to the 25th neither manager put notes on my account working in a call center it is mandatory that you note everything apparently they don't

Terrible customer service, the worst company you can deal with, useless super rude staff, super bad communication even their supervisors are super bad, they know It is their fault and they would never admit it I would never use Ford Motor Credit again stay away!

I bought a new 2019 Ford F-150. I tried to speak with a Ford representative about our problem but got different operators, recordings, and was unsuccessful. The navigation system on Ford vehicles is terrible. It's the equivalent of the GPS systems of 20 years ago or more. Everyone just uses their phones instead, which is dangerous and relies on a signal. It doesn't make sense to return a vehicle for this problem. Ford should recall their vehicles and install a modern system if they like their customers.

Ford Motor Credit wants to charge me an additional $400 because I haven't renewed my lease with them. I've leased 3 vehicles with them, with no problems. They won't even give me a chance to explore other options before shoving this bill down my throat!! So what I was a loyal customer and still shopping for vehicles. I bet it won't be another Ford now. They've just exed themselves out of the options. Especially since I was thinking of upgrading from my Edge, which I LOVED, to an Explorer.. This is ridiculous. No empathy.
