Ford's my feature is completely insane. Time doing I do not have 2 keys to my car. So because of this, i'm not was quoted at four hundred dollars to take my key out of my car, that is crazy insane. I am the owner of this vehicle. I should decide whether my key is in my vehicle or not.Not somebody who decided to play with my features.
Ford allowed someone to use my identity to purchase 3 vehicles! I was out of the country dealing with treatment for my ALS I was diagnosed with back in February 2017 ! I’m monitoring my credit Dailey and have all the alerts if someone pulls my credit , I was in treatment in Dubai and my phone started dinging nonstop from Atkins Ford in GA and Ford Credit ! My first time having to deal with ford credit speaking with actual people instead of online. They have an employee by the name of “tanya” if you will, who treats people like actual trash. She had a bad attitude from the rip and personally i would never hire someone like that. I understand its a customer service job and you deal with people all day who are probably mad, but to straight dog your customers because they aren't giving you the answer you want is just wrong. Must say this first experience with Ford Motor Credit has been disappointing and annoying so far. I can't wait to get this car paid off so I can be done with them, interest rate was good but the monthly payment is ridiculous. I pay over $700 a month for a Ford Bronco Sport.. not even my Jeep payment is that much 🤣 I wouldn't recommend working with Ford, check out Chrysler Capital instead.
