Avoid this place at all costs complete chaos, zero respect for drivers. I came to deliver a ridiculously light load just two small pallets, not even 2,000 lbs total. What should’ve taken 10–15 minutes turned into over 3 hours of being sent from place to place with no answers and no help. First, I sat at the guard shack for 15 minutes while they figured out where to send me. Then I got to the dock they told me to go to — and guess what? No one was there. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I had to wait here for 19 hours just to be let in for loading, and then waited another 4 hours for the actual loading process. How can such treatment of people even be justified? The company’s phone numbers don’t work, there’s no staff inside, and the ones who are around just walk around doing whatever they want—anything but their actual job.
