Was mailed a part from this company called to ask a few questions before install was told to call the dealer ship with any questions then hung up on. Rude customer service.
Takes for ever to deliver load here
The office staff were jovial and the yard staff were helpful and patient.
The spotter is rude. The instructions at the main gate are to proceed to door 6 for checking in or out. I went in the office at door 6 but no one was there. On my way out I was stopped by a black man in white beard ( the yard shunter). He rudely said why didn’t I go to him instead of going to the office. I said the instructions say to go to the office. I was here to pickup an empty trailer which he didn’t allow . He needs counseling on etiquettes.
