It was hook and drop and they didn’t let me drop at 3:05 pm As there drop window is from 7-3
There’s a very rude person in the security area and the yard jockey… They act like they own the place. They don’t talk to you or give you any information, and they say you have to figure it out on your own…. If you come to this place during lunchtime, they won’t assist you. But the worst part is that the security lady, no matter how many times you ask her what time lunch ends, tells you it’s not your problem.
Was mailed a part from this company called to ask a few questions before install was told to call the dealer ship with any questions then hung up on. Rude customer service.
