I don’t even know why I try going to other Ford dealerships… constantly let down by the other ones and LHM Ford in Mesa comes in and saves the day! I bought a few different cars/trucks from here, but today it was the parts department that came in clutch! Specifically, Robert! He was great on the phone and even better in person! ALWAYS choose LHM Ford in Mesa!

Really appreciate Tony in the Parts department. He went out of his way to help me. I bought a ton of different fluids, battery, spark plugs, and bed accessories to fix up my truck. I had probably 5 orders over the course of a week. Every time he double-checked my order and the specs/capacities for me. I have had bad experiences with parts departments at other dealerships before so I was less than thrilled at first to have to order the parts through them. The people are condescending and genuinely unkind. The prices are higher than anywhere else. It’s almost as if they purchase the parts from multiple middlemen and pass the increased cost to the customer. I would not recommend ever purchasing any products from Larry H Miller Ford. You will not be happy if you do and your wallet will be empty. Good luck.
I had a great experience with the Ford Parts Department in Mesa! Greg and his team are truly on top of their game. I called in looking for a specific part—Greg immediately found it, gave me a fair price, and told me I could stop by anytime. I dropped in, picked up the exact part I needed, and was out quickly, happy and well taken care of. Great service, smooth process, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
