I brought in my 2013 Ford Edge for repair of a suspected hydraulic leak on a Friday morning at 8:00 am, when they opened. I waited until 8:10 am for someone to arrive and open the business. Filled out docs, left keys, and waited for diagnosis. Received call about 11:30 am and was sent a detailed invoice for services. Was told had to order part, so would be completed on Monday. I took my 2013 Ford F-150 Platinum to Ford Master for a Oil Leak.They diagnose my water pump and vacuum pump was bad and needed to be replaced.Job well done. Customer service was great as well. Highly Recommended FM.
