Mr. Ford keeps billing me for an appointment that never occurred. My daughter broke her arm, I made an appointment, but found a different appointment so called and cancelled the appointment with Mr. Ford. Yet he keeps billing me. I've called and they agree I don't owe them anything, but they keep billing me anyway.
I Have seen Mark Ford for many years and have found him to be very knowledgeable in diagnosing and explaining what is going on and what needs to be done to correct the problem. I think that the orthopedic doctors are very lucky to have him on their team.
Mark Ford was very unprofessional. He walked in the room and said nothing was wrong after viewing my xray. Never asked about symptoms or anything. Told me if I'm really in pain to try a vegan diet! I went somewhere else where something was seen on my xray and sent for an MRI. Surgery is now scheduled with the doctor who actually paid attention and listened to me.
