Mid summer of 2020 we had ford marble and tile install quartz countertops In our new home build. I do understand it was a custom build but have had nothing but problems ever since. Edges and seams that don’t line up. The biggest issue, even just 5 years later is the edges just randomly chipping off. And god forbid If they ever actually answer the phone for a complaint or warranty issue. We’ve resorted to paying another quartz company to come in and do repair work. Jason was amazing throughout the whole process. Brian and Frank (install team) did an absolutely wonderful job, install, clean up, answering questions, being timely, responding to an on-site issue. The office was helpful and responsive also. I highly recommend Ford Marble and Tile.
Great small town countertop installer with competitive pricing and excellent quality. I had multiple countertops (quart and granite) installed and they did a great job with every task. If there was an issue, the team quickly corrected the problem and the staff could not be any friendlier. They will do everything possible to make sure you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Ford Marble & Tile and will be using them in the future for all my future projects.
