I called to discuss an issue i was having with my lincoln MKz。After explaining it，the person said they hane never heard of that issue and then they admitted well，i just schedule i don't really know anything。And then when i said，okay，well，thanks，they just hung up without even saying goodbye。Such lack of manners. Apparently they don't appreciate customers。I think i will look to take it elsewhere。

I will never go back. I took my F-150 in for a vibration. They said everything was good except exhaust manifolds and a fuel pressure sensor. I went elsewhere and had the transmission serviced and the other shop saved some of the fluid for me to look at and it was black and smelled like it was on fire it was so burnt. That was after Cedar City Ford told me the fluid was not burnt. Then I went to St. George Ford to have the vibration looked into further. The driveshaft had so much slop in it that it was vibrating.
