I will never go back. I took my F-150 in for a vibration. They said everything was good except exhaust manifolds and a fuel pressure sensor. I went elsewhere and had the transmission serviced and the other shop saved some of the fluid for me to look at and it was black and smelled like it was on fire it was so burnt. I had a nightmare of an experience getting shocks replaced in my F150 Raptor a year ago, service managers quitting, techs quitting and nobody available to work on my truck. They told me that “nobody wanted to lay on the ground to fix it”. Finally got my truck back about a month and half later, with the shocks rattling. I drove it around (as it drove fine) until I could find time to take it to ANOTHER mechanic in St George and they found a big bolt that was left in the splash gaurd, that didn’t go to anything on my truck.
