I had a nightmare of an experience getting shocks replaced in my F150 Raptor a year ago, service managers quitting, techs quitting and nobody available to work on my truck. They told me that “nobody wanted to lay on the ground to fix it”. Finally got my truck back about a month and half later, with the shocks rattling. I drove it around (as it drove fine) until I could find time to take it to ANOTHER mechanic in St George and they found a big bolt that was left in the splash gaurd, that didn’t go to anything on my truck.
