I bought a Ford from Pohanka years ago. I had to have it towed in twice in the past month for service for the same issue. A couple thousand dollars later, and the same problem returns. Now, they put me on hold when I call and then disconnect after awhile. They don't respond to email or online inquiries. It's funny because had they suggested I trade it in and get a new car, I was ready to do so. Now, I'll just go elsewhere. It seems to me that they are so big, the individual customer experience doesn't matter.

Went in for my 60,000 mile service on 2021 Mach-E and was charged $325. Every service before that was less than $100. I was taken advantage of by this car company. STAY AWAY!!
Bought a used car with a stain near the sunroof. Pointed it out to the salesman and he assured me that it had a leak but was taken car of. Find out that it is still leaking and because the sales guy never put it in the system the dealer won't fix this issue. They charged me for diagnosis of the issue after I bring it in when it sounded like on the phone they would fix it, but because "the car didn't come from them it came from pohanka honda" their hands are tied.
