About 2 weeks ago I had an idling issue on my 2015 Ford F150 and I spoke with Misty Maag who took such great care and listened to all my concerns and between her and the technician Joey they went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and back up and running correctly within a few days. I bought a Ford from Pohanka years ago. I had to have it towed in twice in the past month for service for the same issue. A couple thousand dollars later, and the same problem returns. Now, they put me on hold when I call and then disconnect after awhile. They don't respond to email or online inquiries. It's funny because had they suggested I trade it in and get a new car, I was ready to do so. Now, I'll just go elsewhere. It seems to me that they are so big, the individual customer experience doesn't matter.
Melissa was such a great help in such a great time of need! She answered the call when no one else would! She got us the answers that we needed so we could get back on the road!
