The service was good this week. I’ve had issues and delays in the past. I once waited 5 hours in the lounge for an oil change. However, Tomas did a great job in helping me get some warranty work done this week. He was responsive and upfront about repair times. I needed the vehicle back by a certain day and the techs were able to finish the work on time. If everything is transparent and on schedule, I’m happy. I wanted to mention the good here so it can hopefully continue in that direction.
Elijah Green is the man! Hes super helpful and goes above and beyond for everything to ensure customers satisfaction. We have been a life long ford family and never have gotten such care and dedication from a ford employee. I personally take ny truck well over 100 miles to get services done at this dealership after he has helped others in my family and they are super pleased with him. Plan for any service to take 2 days, no matter what they say when you drop it off in the morning. Incompetence when it comes to scheduling services and getting done what they say they’ll get done in a particular day. The last 3 times I have scheduled a morning service, they have failed to complete the work the same day, as they stated they would in the morning when the vehicle was dropped off.
